It has been some years since we increased our service fees, but like everyone, our operational costs have increased, and we need to increase our fees.
The rise will be

Membership fee will increase to £10.00 a year

A trip cost will increase by £2.00
I am sure users will understand the need for this fee increase.
We provide community transport services to those in need. Our mission is to help individuals and groups to stay connected with their community, attend medical appointments, go shopping or participate in social activities.
